Urai not betting his money on the Casino

There are reports that One Sands has paid over the US$100,000 penalty for not building the Casino they’ve been promising, so Larry Claunch must be serious, or so we are supposed to think. Has the cheque been cashed? What’s the date on the cheque? 2014? Daniel Urai, head of the Fiji Hotel Workers Union is not convinced. Robert Lowres, the developer of Naisoso island, who desperately wants it to go ahead is talking it up, but he’s also admitting that now is not a good time to find finance for a project in Fiji, of all places.
